EVERY 68 SECONDS, A YOUNG MAN IS SEXUALLY ASSAULTED.

The Grant Foundation, exists to liberate young men and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts. As we saw various services for survivors in crisis, but virtually nothing for male survivors who, years or decades later, still feel the effects of the abuse. We are a , 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity funded by a combination of public and private donations. We empower healing for men who were sexually abused as children or adolescents through retreats, support groups, and online resources. We educate and engage parents and caregivers to protect children from sexual abuse through community and online resources. We drive awareness to motivate individuals to take action against child sexual abuse. All of our services and resources are free thanks to the generosity of our donors and cohort subscribers.

SURVIVOR STORIES

Sexual assault can happen to anyone, no matter your age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Men and boys who have been sexually assaulted or abused may have many of the same feelings and reactions as other survivors of sexual assault, but they may also face some additional challenges because of social attitudes and stereotypes about men and masculinity. Many people don't take sexual assault of men seriously. This is one of the reasons why men have a difficult time reporting what happened and why the rates of male sexual assault are thought to be significantly under-reported. We believe that by normalizing the conversation, we can begin to liberate individuals and society from the epidemic of child sexual abuse and it’s lasting impact.
